Why are you interested in medicine/Why do you want to be a doctor?
I’ve always been really inspired by my God-mother who is a practicing physician, but more recently the experiences that I have volunteering for the hospital, life experiences, as well as the things that I’m learning in school have re-affirmed my desire to become a doctor.

Any cool co-op/work/volunteer experience you want to share:
I really enjoyed volunteering for Hope Springs Cancer Support Centre, here in Waterloo, where I was able to meet a lot of amazing people, and I am currently volunteering for the FEDS Foodbank which is a great resource that our school offers!

If you were to give advice to other pre-med students, what would it be?
Get involved and be engaged— not just with extracurriculars, but also with your peers and your professors! We can always learn something new from the people around us.
Something we should know about you (a fun fact or something):

Fun Fact: my birthday is on the Autumn Equinox (which is just a really fancy way of saying that its the beginning of the Fall Season)
